VFS5000D FORMING FILLING PACKAGING MACHINE
Model VFS5000D auto-filling packing machine is of a new type developed by our company for small-partical in sectors such as agriculture,chemistry,foodstuff,etc.This packaging machine integrates many functions,including bag making,filling(deaerated packaging or aerated packaging),sealing,slitting,printing and counting.Its packaging rate can reach 90bags/min and the width of packaging film is 100-420mm.It can produce pillow type bags,handbags,standing bags,etc.Compared with previous products,this machine adopts a uniqe kind of stable film system without meander and also adopts servomotor drive for film pulling whose operation is by touching with intuitive man-machine dislogue.Compact and durable structure ensures continues trouble-free operation of this machine.
This machine is of box type bags which are newly developed by our company.The four added gussets make the stronger spatial sense of the packaging bag stronger,appearance more beautiful and your product more attractive.This packaging machne adopts imported servo motor for paper feed,and the man-machine interface adopts advanced touvh screen to make the operation simpler and more convenient.
