Part I: Basic Feature of Wellstar Mud Logging Unit
1. Equipment room(Containershell part)
1.1 DNV Certification.
All the passages and doors equipped has been certified by DNV.
1.2 Air Conditioner.
Setup temperature is up to 65°C, with four horsepowers for each conditioner.
1.3 Aviation Cabinet Designing
Central ventilation system could keep optimum in cold and hot coziness inside the container.
2 Sensors.
All the sensors are supplied by the world top manufacturers.
3 Gas Analyze system.
Double Quick-Chromatographs with 30s analyzing period can realize difference analysis, also back up each other without power off.
4 Signal Interface.
The signal interface system is equipped with total 69 channels including 48 channels of simulation,18 channels of digital and 3 channels of depths, which are used as backup channels to meet some special conditions such as lack of balance from offshore, high sulfurate content areas and to meet replacement of fault channels as well as increasing new sensors.
