Product Description


The thrust self-aligning bearings are designed in such way that their rollers are self-aligning formed, and the raceway surface of housing washer is also self-aligning formed, so these bearings are self-aligned. According to the diameter series, the angles of misalignment are permissible within the range 1º-3º。The heavier the load is, the smaller the angle is.These bearings are separable bearings, and are featured by the extremely large axial load bearing capability and meanwhile they can also accommodate certain radial load. However, the radial load should not exceed 55% of the axial load away.since these bearings are self-aligning, they are not so sensitive to the mounting error and bending of the shaft. In order to prevent the rollers from aliding relative to the raceway under the centrifugal force when the bearing is running, and from resulting in the circumstance of shaft and housing washer separated, therefore a certain axial load has to be carried by the operating bearings.
