Polyurethane foam cleaner is mainly used for cleaning anything that related with polyurethane foam sealant, for example the spray gun, the inner chamber of the rubber and other external unsolifily surplus foam .This product can’t used in the foam which has been cleaned and solidified, those just can use mechanical methods to clean.
[Product characteristics]:1.It can thoroughly clean the wet polyurethane foam which is in the internal and external of the spray gun. 2. It can also clean the wet polyurethane foam which is in the inner side of the tank, the valves, the skin and clothes. 3. It can clean well and strong dissolution.
Polyurethane foam 【instructions】
1. After using Dolco one-component polyurethane foam sealant, please remove it from the gun and change the cleaner in one minutes.
2. Pull the trigger several times, in order to clean the inner of the spray gun fully.
3. Use the spray gun which has fixed the foam cleaner to clean the valve of the foam can.
4. When you are cleaning the outside of the spray gun, please unload the the foam cleaner, and invert the foam cleaner, push the valve to release the cleaner and clean the residual adhesives from the gun and valve.
5.After cleaning the spray gun, please close the flow control valves.
Polyurethane foam cleaner [attention]
1. Don’t spray on the fire.
2. Don’t use it near the fire.
3. Don’t store in the workplace of more than 40℃.
4. Don’t use it in the room which using fire tool.
5. Don’t use it in the airtight room.
6. Don’t throw it in the fire. If you want to throw it away, please release all the residual gas in the tank.
7. Don’t keep it in the airtight place.
8. Please wear the protective gloves and goggles during the operation.
9. Keep good ventilation during operation.
