Product Description
TVL is Incline conveyor belt designed for optimal transport of the product into dosing unit.
Bucket conveyor or rubber belt conveyor is suitable for
conveing a stream of free flowing granular products with no powder, like sugar, pasta, rice etc.
Incline conveyor description
-Interfacing with most doser-packaging machine combinations such as vffs machines.
-Driven by electric motor (inverter by request)
-Sensor located on the feeding conveyor provides continuous feedback to the controller.
-Stainless steel hopper mounted on an epoxy painted steel frame
-Equipped with a vibrating channel and a gate valve to control the product output
-Channel vibration adjustment from a control panel by request
-Food grade polyuretthan belt
-Protection grade IP 54
