Product Description
Nickel catalyst is consisted of alkaline oxide carrier. Nickel activated carrier and some detergents. This produst performs well high-activatity、thermal stability、chimical stability、high-merchanical strength、anti-poisonousity and anti-coking.
The main application of nickel catalyst are resolving all of the posionous gas like NH3 gas and HCN gas into N2、H2 and CO2 gas in order to effectively slove the problem that equipment rusting and air pollution caused by purifying and recycling coking gas in the NH3 reselving oven or Claus oven.
The full name of this product is Nickel catalyst N-938，totally instead of the germany G-117 on the physical capacity and technical parameters.
The chemical formulas are:NH3→0.5 N2+1.5H2 HCH+2H2O→0.5N2+2H2+CO2
