Summary Incorporating three-stage power amplification, the RFA6203A UHF broadband power amplifier module is designed primarily for DTV transmitters. It can be used as the final-stage amplifier in a low-power transmitter, or as the driving amplifier in the mid to high-power applications. For its featured frequency range, RFA6203A can also be used in the analog transmitters and the emergency communication systems. The power gain of RFA6203 over UHF can reach more than one octave. This attribute makes it useful in the scientific research applications such as EMI analysis. The enhanced reliability and ruggedness of RFA6203A endorse its utility also in military applications.
