"Pre-entry" includes: information on three inspection
certificates, export quotas, licenses, certificate of origin,
endangered cards, invoices, packing lists, foreign exchange
verification orders, manual (bonded), the station receipts
and other relevant documents.
"Release" includes: a receipt to send ships on behalf of
the station or port load.
