EPE/ NPE Foam Sheet Extrusion Line or you may call PE Foam Extruder or PE Foam Machine is to extrude EPE (NPE) foam and profile in roll. The product is of non-crosslinked close cell PE foam. Also good for life jacket and submarine.
* Jing Ye Da Industry is a PE foam plant solution specialist. All our extruders are with a Patented Foaming Amplifier. Our machine's product is average 2 - 3 kg/cbm lighter than popular Chinese machines. Min. 15.5 kg/cbm. Max. 95 kg/cbm. This is the key reason that our EPE machine occupies more than 50% of domestic Chinese market.
* Both butane or LPG may be the foaming agent.
