EPE/ NPE Foam Sheet Extruder or you may call PE Foam Extrusion Line or PE Foam Machine is to extrude EPE (NPE) foam and profile in roll. Best foaming quality: 14.0 kg/m3. If 16 kg/m3, with very small mini cells.

Our machine's product is average 2 - 3 kg/cbm lighter than popular Chinese machines. Min. 14.0 kg/cbm. Max. 95 kg/cbm. * Direct injection of butane or LPG may be the foaming agent. Cost affordable single extruder type.
