CCL Paper Impregnation Dryer Line

The electrical insulation material Horizontal two-step Impregnation Line are used for producing the base material for CCL(copper-clad laminate) of CEM-1,CEM-3, HB, VO,  and insulate plate material.

Horizontal two-step Impregnation Line unwinder machine, paper storage machine, first impregnator, first dryer, first cooling section, second impregnator, second dryer, second cooling section, web aligner, puller, paper coiling machine, paper cutter, and paper stack.

1   Working width: 3’, 4’, 5’, 6’, 7’, 8’
2   Metering roller with high control precision, the moving precision is less than 0.002mm and the liner precision is less than 0.001mm/m, the error rang of impregnated prepreg meet the international standard.
3   The air float heating, can float gram weight ≥850g/m2 impragnation material
4   With high control precision impregnation glue, and high drying speed.
5   Match with the exhaust gas furance, when speed is≥ 25m/min does not need the fule.
6   Communication control with human-machine interface (touch screen), PLC and frequency converter as a substitute of the traditional panel control, which have greatly improved the digitization standard.
7   The high precision metering roller ensures the gluing precision and surface quality of the Horizontal Impregnation Line. Moving precision of metering roller≤0.003mm, Linear precision of metering roller ≤0.003mm/m.

we can also design and manufacture Vertical Impregnation Line according to the user’s specific requirements such as the working width, the number of dryers and the working speed, electrical control element brand etc.
