CCL Fiber Fabric Impregnation Dryer Line
Usage: 7628, 2116,1080 electrical fibre glass cloth is impregnated to produce the FR-4,CEM-1, CEM-3 prepreg for CCL(copper-clad laminate) of PCB industry.

The electrial fiber glass cloth usually can use vertical impregnation dryer line or horizontal two-step impregnation dryer line. 

The vertical impregnation dryer line is made up of unwinder, cloth splicing machine, cloth storage machine, front puller, pre-impragnation machine, impregantion machine, dryer, cooling room, web aligner, back puller, edge trimming, single-position coiler, cloth cutter. Converyor, hydraulic lift table.
