[4] The differences of RTV M 20,RTV M 25,RTV M 30
A.RTV M 20 is mainly used for molds with small, delicated patterns. Pouring method is the best way because of good fluidity. The hardness is 20 shore A.
B.RTV M 25 is for medium size molds making. It’s also used for pouring methods. The hardness is 25 shore A.
C.RTV M 30 is applicable for large mold making since hard hardness. Both pouring and brushing method are ok. The hardness is 30 shore A.

RTV-2 molding silicone rubber are generally named as two-part room temperature sulfurated
silicone rubber, which features an exceptional fluidity and good operability. When mixed
with 2-5% curing agent, they can still be operated within 30 minutes, but will be formed
after 2-7 hours. With resistance to deformation, high temperature, acid and alkali, and
expansion, silicon flexible molds are used for mold duplication and delicate mold making for
poli crafts, resin crafts lighting and candle crafts.
