 The first line is to choose whether to display the time. If no need display time, change Y to N. 
 The second line is to display present time. Please note that the format must correct. For example, May 8th, wrote to 05-08. It must be two digits. Please set a few seconds ahead of present time.
2> Save the file with name: userconfig.txt
3> Connect the video pen with computer. Copy this file to root directory of video pen. 
4> Disconnect the video pen. Shut down and turn on again. The time setting is completed.

Trouble shooting: 1. Can not turn on. It is possible the battery is used up. Please recharge and start again.
2. Can not shut down. It is possible the problem of system. Please push reset button and try again.
