The R&D, Design and Manufacture Process of Nonstandard Customized Metal Container 

1. Part Measurement: Measure the volume and weight of all the parts, which need to be put into the containers.

2. Data Analysis: Analyze the frequency and peak value of the inbound and outbound of the parts.

3. SCM Analysis: Investigate the related circumference facilities and sectors, such as vehicles, transportation and storage.

4. Primary Solution: We will provide the blueprints, material selection, techniques, technology criteria, quality standards, productivity and price of the items to our clients.

5. Drawing Auditing: we will discuss with our customers about the requirements and provides amendments on the primary solution and drawing.

6. Samples: A batch of sample items will be made improved according to customers’ demands.

7. Sample Testing: Simulate the whole processes of the items and get the result of the tests.

8. Modification: Put forward the advices on improvement of the items according to the testing result and finally make the final solution and sample.

9. Manufacture: Items will be mass manufactured strictly under the quality standard of the contract.
