Cap washer machine consists of liquid container, pump, cylinder, and control system. cap is sent into unscrambler from cap feeder by air blow of lifter, then driven by cylinder, it goes into washing section, wash stage includes sterilizing solution rinsing, drip, and drinkable product water rinsing. Then clean cap is sent into cap chute connecting capping section.
Cap washer includes standing type and suspending type.
