 The machine can transfer sublimation and solvent ink picture to textil cloth.It also can do the heat treatment about screen print,plasmagel and so on.

(operation process)：

Turn on the power switch

Push the heat plate to the right

Adjust the temperature to the need one(usually 120℃-200℃）

Adjust the time controller to the needed one (usually 5s-20s)

Put the cloth on the stamping plate,then put the stamping paper on the cloth(notice the sides of the paper),dawer the heat plate to the original position.Press the handle,when the time reached the setted one,it will give warnin,then put the handle to the original position..

(notice)：

The whole machine should connect with safe earth protection.

Take care of the pros and cons.

When it cool off,ripdown the stamping paper.First wipe the stamping paper,then ripdown it after 5-10seconds.

When finished stamp.pleas ripdown the stamping paper.

The stamping result was decided by the correct temperature,time and pressure. 

The thickness of the cloth ,the material and the kind of the stamping paper also will effect the stamping result.

Before volum-production,pls test.
(maintenance)：

If the pressure is too high or light,first loose the nut,then turn the nut to adjust the pressure,when finished it ,lock it
when the temperature reached the setted one but the heat plate is not hot,please check the connection of temperature and thermocouple.(the temperature will reach 180℃ about 15 minutes)
when the time reached to the setted one but the warning is not given or warning endlessly,pls check the micro movement contact whether proper.
Make sure the pressure is not too high or the bearing will be damaged.
