MARBLE GLUE is used for fast fixing, bonding and repairing the cracks and holes of all kinds of stones, ceramics, pattern making and so on

Marble glue is composed of polyester resin, filler, thickening agent, and hardener. It is semisolid. Unsaturated resin has very good adhesion, strong viscosity and rigidity. Hardener is peroxide in cream shape. Even if under the low temperature (≤5℃), it is very easy to harden. As a result of using the integral amidogen in to unsaturated resin, this kind of adhesive have the good stability, it is easy to store. 

Directions:

1. Mix the marble glue and hardener. The mixing standard should be 100 parts glue with 1~3 parts hardener. 

Drying time: 3-8 minutes, it depends on the temperature and the proportion of hardener. The hardener should be added less in summer and more in winter.

2. The surface of bonding object should be clean and dry.

3. After 24 hours, it will reach final intensity. 

Storage:

The glue should be stored as its own shape. The guarantee time will be 12 months if it is put in cool, dry and ventilated places with cover sealed. (Normal temperature: ≤25℃ )
