2. There are three kinds of materials they are made of: (A) stainless steel, (B) vanes stainless steel+ others galvanized sheet, (C) vanes aluminum + others galvanized sheet.

3. The volume of air discharge is about 950-4000 m³/h.

The Raw Material of TG Turbine Ventilators:

Ⅰ) TG Turbine Ventilators are made of the stainless steel, galvanized sheet and aluminium.

Ⅱ) We use the advanced UBC bearings from the USA.

The Operating Theory of TG Turbine Ventilators:

The undulating vanes lead to smooth rotation by light wind. The bearings at lower and upper position make smooth turns.

The motility created by the rotation of the vanes brings the hot air, smoke and wet air up to the roof and exhausts them out.

Because the turbine is went on rotating, the fresh air outdoor can enter into the room continually so that the room can ventilate conveniently.

The single rotating mechanism will work normally except there is the severe natural damage during 15 years.

For example:

There is a building which is 50M length, 12M width and 6M height. The difference in temperature between indoor and outdoor is  10℃, and the wind speed is 9.6KM／hr. Moreover the ventilating times of the casting factory according to the standard material is between 10 to 30 times per hour. So the ventilating cube is

(50×12×6) ×10 times／hr = 36000cube／hr .
