Operationg principle
The Pipeline High Shear Dispersing Emulsifier is a high-performance equipment. It can make the material processing continuously and circularly. There are three series of stator and rotor which are dual and multi-bite in the narrow reactor. The motor-driven rotor revolesat a high speed that generates a strong axial suction. The suction make the materials into the emulsification pump. The materials are scattered,sheared and emulsified in the shortest time. As a result, the distribution range of particle radius will be markedly narrowed that make the product produced finer and long-term stability.

1. Intro
Detergent Complete Production Line is used for producing liquid such as shampoo, lotion, washing fluid, detergent etc.. It is suitable for medium-scale continuous production. It consists of production processes: Pre-treatment, measurement, mixing,storage, distribution etc.. Material feeding, mixing, discharging process are all automatically controlled.
2. Main Features
Main Emulsifying process is carried out under completely closed condition to avoid dust and microbial pollution. The materials in the water phase kettle and oil phase kettle go to the main emulsifying kettle is through vacuum. The main kettle is turnover type for discharging materials. Electric heating or steam heating to heat up the materials inside the kettle. The automatically controlled heating temperature can be set at will. Input cooling water into the pipe to cooling the materials down. The materials inside the kettle are sheared, dispersed and emulsified through high-speed interior circulation of the Emulsifier, and they are also mixed Forward and Backward two directions: Frame with scraper mixing (Clockwise Direction), Propeller Mixing (Anticlockwise Direction). Centrifugation generated by the rotation scraper agitator makes the PTFE scraper cling to the wall closely, which solve the materials-sticking-to-wall problem with dead corner. Various speed control with Frequency Converter. Emulsifier and Propeller agitator can work independently or together.
Heating method: electric heating, steam heating, hot water heating, heat transfer oil circulation heating, far-infrared heating etc..
Cooling method: pipe cooling, interior and exterior limpet coil cooling.
Required materials dispensing, emulsifying, homogenizing, mixing can be obtained within a short period.
3. Control System
a. IPC,Touch Screen as host computer of the system are all from international famous brand to ensure the control system are reliable.
b. Adopts weight measurement and flow measurement, high precision, good stability, swift response and long service life. It measures the materials feeding/discharging accurately and display it on the host computer.
c. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Analog input module are all from international famous company. They are compact in structure, strong capability in anti-interference, stable and reliable.
