Maximum: 30000 – 40000 pieces per month.

A. We have our own pattern cutting staff and designer, we can finish all procedures from providing fabric sample, sample-making, quality control, arrange shipping goods on board, etc.

B. 450 sewing machine, 480 skilled staffs and 20 designers, CAD clothing design system, high quality environmental protection material, elegant design and tasteful fashion, our products are giving customers’ unique feeling of comfortableness and beauty.

4- Our quality control procedures.

We know the quality is base of our company’s life and reputation.So, we have strict control in quality.

Details as below:

First, the quality of fabric is confirmed by your company after your company checks our garment sample (or fabric sample). Then, there are many working procedures, like: drawing, cutting, sewing different part of garment, etc.. In each step/procedure, we would stipulate and show what performance is doing in best way at the very beginning. After finishing one step, we will check the finishings, when this finishing at this step is very nice, then, we move on to next step, if not, do it again. In this way, we can guarantee each production procedure/step is processing perfect, so, the final product/lingerie will be in high quality and finishings as you ask for.

5- Short time to re-sample:

To re-sample 5 styles, we only need about 10 days.

6- The lead time from start of production to finish and ready to ship:

Usually, it is about 15- 30 days.

For 2000 pieces, 15 days are enough. Even, it is at 40000 pieces, we are able to finish the production within 30 days. For less quantity like hundreds of pieces, we need still 15 days for production.

7- Delivered to your door: We handle all the logistics, delivering directly to your door, making the business much easier to you.

8- Ocean-shipping Document support: Providing certificate of origin, bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, etc. it is also one of our advantage, many factories will not provide such service.
