    Production line include the machines as 1300mm conveyor, 1300mm dust brushing machine,1300mm automatic spray machine with rubber belt conveying, 1300mm width and 4M length flash-off, 1300mm UV drying oven. 

    Production line equip with loading conveyor, dust brushing machine, paint drying equipments, so as to increase painting quality and drying finished within 1-3 s.

 Conveying system

    Machine equip with a set wearable, static resistant, easy for change and clean  PE rubber belt 

     Belt cleaning system has two separately clean sections: First section is paint reclaiming system, which scrape the conveying belt surface .  second section is make the double running sponges damped with solvent to clean the belt, after clean the belt is wiped and bowered by air to make it dry. 

    The overspray on the belt will be collected by the reclaimed system into a collect tank, the collected paint whether can be recycled to use or not ,depend on its chemical characteristic.

     The precise clean system design make the solvent consumption at the lowest. 

  Spray device

    Spray guns system with two suit, which suit for the work pieces spray  from different anagle.

    Spraying system equip with 8 PCS France KREMLIN medium pressure air-mixed spray guns match one set piston pumps paint supplying system.. 

    Machines adopt Japanese yaskawa serve motor as driven unit, so as to make sure no swing in the Max moveing speed.

    At  entrance of spray room equip with one set imported USA BARNA sensor, which scan the shape and size of work pieces, then send the information to PLC control system which control the spray guns start or stop work to save the paint material. 

    Operator can set the spraying parameter by touch screen, then the work state will show on the screen.so it is easy for operator to know the machine process.

   air supply system:

    Air pressure device and air pipe device perfect symmetry to make sure the air flow equality and the air flux adjusted by valve. 

Inlet air pipe equip with double filtering device to keep the entered air clean, air outlet pipe equip 

with double filtering&drying device to filter the paint dust during spraying work.
