Sodium Ferric Pyrophosphate property: it is white or cream white powder, odorless, insoluble in water, soluble in hydrochloric acid and stable in air. Its molecular formular is Na₈Fe₄(P₂O₇)₅.xH₂O and molecular weight is 1277.02 (anhydrous).

Sodium Ferric Pyrophosphate application: it function as steel source enriching and widely used in food, edible salt, health products and medicine.
