I. CHARACTERISTICS
1. Small Capacity And Volume For Fan Motor
High efficiency of the fan makes the motor capacity small. And the motor volume is also decreased. As a result,
the cost of such electrical control equipment becomes less.
2. Small Foundation And Convenient Installation
Small volume and weight of the motor and the fan result in less foundation engineering. And the installation expense is reduced. The fan can be directly installed to the foundation of steel construction, which can be horizontal distribution or vertical installation. Even in limited space (such as in the chimney), the fan can be installed without any problem.
3. Noise Can Be Easily Reduced
Fan operation noise is reduced with the load becoming less. So it’s easy to do noise treatment.
4. Used for power station boiler, large tunnel, large blast furnace and test wind tunnel, etc.

III. Construction
1. Moving Blade
Airfoil blade with high performance is adopted. It is manufactured with alloy aluminum or alloy steel according to different usage. Changeable type blade is used when sending dusty gas. Wear-resisting measures to blade shall be adopted under the condition of high dustiness.
2. Moving Blade Supporting Bearing
Sealed ball bearing with grease is adopted, which need no maintenance because of little friction.
3. Moving Blade Pitch Control Mechanism
Controller of automatic signal return type is adopted, which has high reaction speed and no lagging.
