Usage︰

Silicon rubber roller

Description:

      For use in thermal transfer, transfer of products suitable for large area foil, thermal transfer film transfer process. 
      Made of high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, silica gel plate and the plane has a similar composition. 
      In concept. Bronzing process and thermal transfer process, hot stamping machines and heat transfer machine with a significant difference, but in practice, it is called, and did not use a strict distinction.

Use Method︰

1. cut into suitable length, turning into the proper shape; 
2. mounted on top of heat transfer machine; 
3. silicone rollers commonly used radiation heating methods, namely by external heat radiation to the silicone roll surface.

Caution︰

• Please continue to avoid local heating, when heated silicone roller to ensure rotation of the state;

High temperature paper

    High temperature adhesive tape is coated in a layer of hot glue the top release paper and then drying the material; As a result of gravure coating process, coating is very uniform, and the hot plate in the metal layer is formed between the bonding layer; 
    Will melt the adhesive layer to the hot plate stamping Edition paste the above, when the removal of heat, and then knocked to the plate with a screwdriver; 
   High temperature adhesive tape suitable for stamping area is not much the fixed plate.

Usage︰

Stick copper plate, Zn-plate, silcion rubber plate onto stamping aboard of gilding machine.

Use Method︰

• Accoring to the size of bronzing edition, cut high temperature tape to fit area and cover it onto bronzing edition after peeling emulsion film from base paper;
• Put Bronzing edition coverred high temerature Emulison onto the working table of stamping machine;
• Set the temerature of stamping machine at a correct range;
• Operate the stamping machine and make the stamping head press down with Bronzing edition for 10 seconds;
• Bronzing Edition will ne stick to stamping head when emulsion melt.

Storage︰

• Store in the place confined and shady space.
• Too high temperature will make the temperature paper melt and deformation.

High temperature glue

Usage︰

   Stick copper plate, Zn-plate, silcion rubber plate onto stamping aboard of gilding machine.

Technical Parameter︰ 125ml.

• Easily to store because of full in plastics tube;

Use Method︰

• Coating some High temperature Glue on surface of plate;
• Put Bronzing edition on the table of stamping machine;
• Set the temerature of stamping machine at a correct range;
• Operate the stamping machine and make the stamping head press down with Bronzing edition for 10 seconds;
• Bronzing Edition will ne stick to stamping head when emulsion melt.

Caution︰

• Do not breathe in adhesive Vapour;
• Aviod contact with skin and eys. Once it occurs, Flush with water and consult doctor immediately.
• Keep Away from sourses of ignition.

Storage︰

• Store in the place confined and shady space. Too high temperature will make the glue.
