Product Description
Nova Chem PTFE-SG/SS and Nova Chem SG/SS hoses are constructed from multi-layers of thermoplastic films which form a sealing and permeation barrier, supported by fabric layers for mechanical strength. The hose layers are held and tensioned by internal and external steel wire helices. All hoses comply with international standards including EN13765:2003, BS3492(1987)AX+BX and BS5842(1980), and can be supplied with external swaged and factory-fitted end connections to the customers' requirements.
Application:
Nova Chem hoses are chemically compatible and mechanically engineered for those chemicals and acids which do not affect the lining and stainless steel inner wire.
- Composite hoses are light weight, kink proof and flexible for easier handling.
- Their multi-layer construction prevents catastrophic failures.
- Flexbility is retained at low atmoshperic temperatures.
