Description:

The Clean/gel Extraction Kit has two functions.  First, it is designed to purify products directly from polymerase chain reaction and to remove the unnecessary material.  Second, it is to purify target DNA fragment of 100bp-10kb from standard agarose gel in TAE or TBE buffer.  PCR Clean Up is easy and simple operation, just binding-wash and elute step within 15 minutes.  This product is suitable for fluorescent sequencing, transformation, in vitro transcription, and restriction enzyme digestion applications.
