Product Description
AD590 is a monolithic integrated temperature sensing current source produced by Analog Device Inc Adi.
Its main characteristics are as follows:
1, the current flowing through the device (mA) is equal to the temperature of the environment (Kelvin):

2, AD590 temperature range of -55 to +150 C C.
3, AD590 supply voltage range of 4V ~ 30V. Power supply voltage can be changed in the 4V~6V range, current change 1mA, equivalent to temperature change 1K. AD590 can withstand 44V forward voltage and 20V reverse voltage, so the device is not connected to the reverse.
4, the output resistance is 710MW.
5, high precision. There are I, J, AD590, K, L, M files, M files including the highest accuracy, in the -55 to +150 DEG C range, nonlinear error is about 0.3 DEG C.
