Product Description
Materials are pulled into the cavity of the crusher through worm propeller and will meet with clipping and crushing influence of flexible and fixed knife with high speed of opposite movement, to crush these materials. These materials under primary crushing are taken into the grading room by whirl, after being graded and processed, those raw materials are taken back to the cavity of the crusher to be crushed again. That fine powder enters into cyclone to be separated stair between gas and solids under influence of negative pressure with powder left entering impulse filtering dust collector to undertake secondary gas and solids separating. It is characterized by being in the form of crushing, grading, dust collecting and air blast cooling, small volume, high efficacy, low cavity temperature, adjustable granule under the range of crushing capacity, and also being in series connection with fine powder grading machine to achieve the intention of multi-grading fine products.
