Description: UOE mill adopts Uing and Oing forming. the formed pipes are welded inside by five internal welding stations with three wires, and welded outside by four external welding stations with three wires. In accordance with different requirements of custometers,the welded pipe can be expanded either by mechanical or hydrostatic expander to enhance dimensional accuracy , and wliminate the residual stress.
The mill is equipped with Baldwin Southwork edge milling, Mannesmann and Mackay crimping press, VERSON company U-ing press, O-ing press, hydrostatic testing and expanding machine, America Lincoln Company modern welding equipments inculding tab welding, internal welding and external welding. the whole manufacturing process in controlled by computer and PLC.
The UOE mill uses the most advanced technology and process, features high production efficiency, stable product quality and is equipped with complete inspection equipments.
