TANK PREPARATION
1. Use a clean tank with a conical shaped bottom.
2. Mount open air tubes near the bottom of the tank.
3. Install a light source over the top of the tank.
4. Fill with filtered seawater of salinity 1.5-3.5%, if necessary disinfect the water,1.8% is the best.

OPTIMAL HATCHING CONDITIONS
1. Temperature: 28-30 centigrade degree.
2. Aeration: vigorous enough to keep cysts in suspension.
3. PH: 8.0-9.0 .

4. Illumination: 2000lux at water surface.

5. Add up to 3.0g of cysts per liter water.

HATCHING AND HARVEST
1. With hatching conditions kept close to optimal the hatching will be completed within 24h.
2. Stop aeration.
3. Cover top of the tank.
4. After 10 minutes drain or siphon the nauplii out of the cone tip wait 10 more minutes and harvest the remaining nauplii.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
1. Store cysts preferably in a dry dark place between 0-5 centigrade degree.
2. Opend cans should be consumed immediately.
