Basically parts of tensioner are outer ring, inner ring, ball, grease, seal but sometimes bracket and pulley is added according to engine install condition, rotation speed and load condition.
Easy install of timing belt.
Set up inital belt tension with tension spring force.
Increase belt wrap angle of cam or/and crank pulley.
