CNC cutting machine is a kind of macaronis equipment which is used for accurate and effective automatic cutting of arbitrary plane geometric figures on metals and non-ferrous metals in the control of computer and the operation of all mechanical systems.

Control System

　　Hardware: AWK-3501 integrative work-station made in Taiwan is adopted.

Mechanical System

●  Beam: Gantry moving structure with high strength, rigid design, and high accuracy racks produced according to the 8-grade of GB10095-88 standard.

●  Main sliding seat: Box type welding structure, stroke spacing switch is installed.

●  Auxiliary sliding seat: Box type welding structure, stroke spacing switch is installed.

●  Main gearbox: Full closed without clearance, fine in driving accuracy, good in reliable and long in service life.

●  Main and auxiliary tracks and racks: Railway tracks are adopted after planning, milling and grinding, with high accuracy rack inside and the ends of the tracks are equipped with impact proof devices. The accuracy meets the requirement of DIN 8523 standard.

●  Main cutting device: Including double guide columns up-and-down mechanism, which is smooth in operation.

●  Auxiliary cutting device: Including up-and-down and synchronous mechanism, which is smooth in operation.

●  The horizontal cables are adopted with chain type structure.

●  Straight line tracks made in Korea are added on the beam.

●  Steel belt connecting: Synchronous or image motion can be completed.
