Applying special black coating between PVC film and adhesive
Featuring no-glue remaining, no-glue overflow and removable.
Operating principle:
The special black coating behaves excellent weatherbility as well as very strong adhesive force to PVC film and to
pressure-sensitive adhesive like Acrylic ester. Both technically and technologically, we realize the ideal bonding
force between :
-PVC film and black coating;
-Black coating and pressure-sensative adhesive and
-Pressure sensitive adhesive and the sticked medium.
The ideal bonding force helps solve the glue-remaining problem from the traditional black pressure-sensative
adhesive One Way Vision. What’s most important, this conquers the problem of glue-overflow, and thanks to
which, dirty PVC film and obscure printing image trouble no longer exist.
he white PVC film application solves also the problem of traditional white PVC film aparting from the black film
based on the traditional laminated technics.

Optimized for all kinds of solvent based ink printers (such as Nur, Vutek, Scitex, DGI, Arizona, Infinity, SALASA,
TECKWIN, YASELAN, FLORA, INFINITI, etc).
