The series of NX-3 double-blower and cold-hardening-roll mills, and fine-bran mills are up-to-date patented products designed and produced by our company based on our rich experience in manufacturing over the past years. The NX-3 mill can be used to process paddy to standard white rice on its own, and also might be used in combination with hoisters and hullers. Its output has an increase of 25% than that of the old model. The NX-3 fine bran mills are equipped with the re-crushing unit for bran and crushed rice.

All types are equipped with air-blowing units. The bran and rice might be separated automatically. The finished rice is bright and clean, without bran, and with little rise of temperature. In addition to low power consumption and high output, the NX-3 mills are also featured with fine appearance, compact structure, being easy to maintenance and repair.

These machines have seen many improvements. They have less weight, smaller size, more reasonable structure, are easier to install, operate and repair, and more suitable for processing paddy. Moreover, other advantages include core adjustment free, easier and more convenient to change belts, less floor coverage, and in particular, lower power consumption and higher output. When using this patent (model utility), the paddy is sent into the mill cabin, then push forward along the shaft and the half-round grinding wheel frame. The paddies move very fast within the abrasive section of the frame, rubbing each other and getting de-husked. As the old model only uses the steel cylinder to de-husk paddy, the effect is not as good as this one. The paddy can be de-husked almost completely even within the half-round frame. The main function of the steel cylinder now is to further polish the de-husked rice and get standard white rice. The output capacity increases by 25%. The bran produced is finer. The processing efficiency and quality are higher. The half-round frame, steel cylinder, and other wearable parts get a longer service life owing to the decrease of wear. Some worn impellers that can not be used any more within the old type half-round frame may continue to work within the new patented one. If the grinding wheel (ring) is worn, it can be replaced separately while the frame can continue be used. This means the user's production costs are lowered. This product can also enhance the whitening effect.
