Carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) is a polymer structure of cellulose ether.It is soluble in water,odorless, tasteless and non-toxic,with the appearance of white or light yellow powder.
With the features of good emulsion, scattered, suspension bonding effect, ,CMC is widely used in petroleum, chemical, detergent, ceramics, cigarette, printing and dyeing, textile, food, medicine, wire etc.So CMC is called "industrial monosodium glutamate".
