JHPU-II is a high pressure and airless spray & injection molding system. Introducing US famous Brand’s accessories and adopting a 5-inch diameter cylinder as drive assure the required mixing pressure of two-component materials. Thanks to two 1000W heaters providing reliable heat source and an 8m heating conduit preserving the heat, the blending viscosity gets effectively decreased. The 2:1 ratio of air to material in material-transferring pumps can increase productivity obviously. The fixed ratio of 1:1, which will not be changed at any temperature, makes mixing adequate and even. Therefore, the foaming rate and close cell rate get increased accordingly.

The cleaning system of the gun, which needs no solvent to clean, makes operation and maintenance much easier. JHPU-II is hence fit for intermittent operation and working on production line.

High Pressure Polyurethane Injection JHPU-III B235

High Pressure Polyurethane Spray & Injection Equipment

JHPU-III B235 is a PU molding system. It can adjust the mixing ratio of two-component materials in the range of 1:1 to 1:2.

JHPU-III B235 uses a cylinder with the diameter of 125mm as drive and completes the stroke by two con robs which drive the two material-transferring pumps. The two con robs with scaled holes facilitate elongation and shortening of the pumps’ strokes, which realizes the change of two-component materials’ ratio. One can choose needed mixture ration within the range by adjusting installing position of the two pumps.
