The excellent molding is designed by special industrial molding design office. The product has good water-proof performance and advanced manufacturing standard. After die-casting, the product features good third dimension and streamlined appearance.
The surface is done with shot blast cleaning, deactivation and polishing yellow chromate treatment, salt mist-proof test is done twice in consecutive within 8 hours, and no rust occurred.
The groove of the product is embedded with metal gauze screen so as to prevent radiated interference and has a good earthing and screening performance.
The surface is treated with anti-corrosive paint baking so as to have good weathering resisting property and the thickness of baked paint should be no more than 25±5um, and static coating should be no more than 50±5um.
The product is sealed with silicon rubber strip so as to have a good water-proof performance, and can resist temperature as high as 200 centigrade and as low as 80 centigrade below zero and will have no distortion.
After being sealed, the shell pass0.007MPa air tightness test, and can ensure no leakage within 1 minute.
