These computerized Slow Cookers are a step above the standard electrical models. These Slow-Cookers are set-and-forget units. They have an IC controlled pre-set for short or long cooking cycles. If that is not enough, you can also input your own cooking time, and program the cooker to start when you want it to. This is a great feature for working mothers or fathers who want their food to be ready when they get home from work! The customer may choose material combinations for the inner cooking assembly, such as:

1. Purple Clay inner pot and Purple Clay lid
2. Purple Clay inner pot and glass lid

The Jians Slow Cookers still provide cooking results better than many other cookers, due to the Pot Suspension Design found on most Jians appliances. The inner pot seats within the outer pot, but it does not touch the walls or bottom. This allows for heat to circulate under and around the inner pot, for better heating with less power consumption.
