Product Applications 

The pre-cleaner, also known as drum type pre-cleaner, is an important grain cleaning equipment. It has TSCY series single drum type pre-cleaner and TCQYS series double drum type pre-cleaner. Our single drum type pre-cleaner is suitable for corn, wheat, rice, soybeans, sunflower seeds, mung beans and other grains after harvest ( straw, paper, soil, corn leaves, bricks, corn cobs, etc.), it can also be used for granular materials in other industries, which can meet the quality requirements of raw grains in storage.

Machine Structure 

SHANGKE TSCY series single drum type pre-cleaner is mainly composed of observation window, sealed door, material inlet, large impurities outlet, suction outlet, material outlet, transmission device, sieve drum, cleaning brush, and frame.

• Adjusted angle of drum, the drum supported by rollers, so carrying capacity is larger and output capacity is higher, it is an ideal equipment for large capacity granular big impurities pre-cleaning;
• Barrel-shaped drum, with a guide screw inside to guide the large impurities out of the machine;
• The unique sealed door can effectively prevent the dust flying out ;
• Reinforced optimized design, strong and stable structure with explosion-proof device;
• The screens’ diameter is selected according to different material, to meet the output requirements and separation effect;
• Adopts internal sieving and external brush cleaning structure, which has a good effect of removing impurities;
• To meet different needs, there are fixed type, mobile type and aspiration type for customers.
