This product is prepared by filling ultraviolet absorbers with nano dispersion. The ultraviolet absorbers are composed of organic and inorganic nanomaterials and polymer materials, which can absorb ultraviolet rays in the 200nm to 380nm wavelength range, thereby shielding the product from fading, aging, and other phenomena caused by long-term exposure to ultraviolet radiation, and extending the product's service life. We can produce UV resistant masterbatches for different substrates such as PET, PC, PE, PP, etc. according to customer requirements.

Product Usage

Used for producing UV resistant films and plates, improving the weather resistance of plastic products and extending their service life. Commonly used in plastic products such as anti UV films, anti UV panels, anti UV yarns, and anti UV components.

Usage method

According to the required optical parameters and product specifications, mix the recommended amount with ordinary plastic slices and produce according to the original process. We can provide various plastic substrates according to customer requirements, such as PET, PE, PC, PMMA, PVC, etc.
