Product Description

Nickel fiber felt is a porous non-woven material composed of entangled nickel fibers.Through an advanced thermal process, nickel filaments only several microns in width are produced and then expertly tangled into a non-woven mat using specialized needle-punching techniques. This results in a staggeringly open material with over 90% of its volume consisting of permeable pores. Despite its delicate nature, nickel fiber felt achieves surface areas as high as 20 square meters in just one gram, offering vast regions for catalytic transformations.They feature a significant flow rate, a very high porosity, and a long service life.
