SPK1 - Silicon Nitride Ceramic Igniter

It is used for various boilers and gas silicon nitride igniters. It has the characteristics of high power. Therefore, it is mainly used for medium-sized combustion equipment, commercial stoves, biological boilers, heating stoves, circulating thermal baking ignition heating boxes, etc.

Cold Resistance Range: 7—13Ω

Heating Rate : 1180℃ Within 15 Seconds 

Temperature Range ≥1180℃ 

Nominal Power :400~650W

Wire: 200°C, 250°C, 450°C, 550°C wires are available, common specifications 16, 18, 20AWG mica fiberglass wire. 

Ceramic mounting seat:  95 ceramic, a commonly used material. In addition to the square 95 ceramic mounts commonly used by our company, we can customize special shapes and materials according to customer requirements. 

Mounting flange:  commonly used material 304 stainless steel, can be customized according to customer requirements.
