It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply of high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, hVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water cycle pressurization and supporting equipment. The use temperature is T < 80℃.

Features

1. The hot water pump is a vertical structure, the inlet and outlet caliber is same, and located in the same center line, can be installed in the pipeline like valve, compact appearance, small floor area, low construction investment, such as coupled with protective cover can be placed in outdoor use.

2. The impeller is directly installed on the long shaft of motor, the axial dimension is short, compact structure, pump and the motor bearing configuration is reasonable,can effectively balance the radial and axial load generated by pump operation, so as to ensure pump smooth operation , small vibration, low noise.

3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, adopts imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium high temperature resistant mechanical seal and adopts hard alloy material, wear-resistant seal, which can effectively prolong mechanical seal service life.

4. Hot water pipeline pump installation and maintenance is convenient, no need to disassembl the pipeline system, as long as discharge pump coupling seat nut can pull out all rotor components.

5. According to use requirements , that is, the requirements of flow and head to adopt series and parallel operation .

6. The pump can be installed vertically and horizontally according to the requirements of pipeline layout.

Working condition

1. Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or pump system high working pressure ≤1.6MPa, that is, suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, pump static pressure test pressure ≤2.5MPa, please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. When pump system working pressure is greater than 1.6MPa, should be put forward separately when ordering, so that the flow part and the connection part of the pump are made of cast steel.

2. The ambient temperature < 40 ° C, the relative humidity < 40%.

3. The solid particles volume content does not exceed 0.1 per unit volume,particle size < 0.2mm in the conveying medium .
   Note: If the medium is fine particles, please specify when ordering, so that our factory adopts wear-resistant mechanical seal.
