Coorbo2250 is a one-component epoxy conductive structure adhesive. It can be fully cured in about 120 minutes at a temperature of about 150 ° C. the curing time is shortened with the increase of curing temperature. It is suitable for metal, electroplating or chromate treated substrate, copper plate and aluminum plate.
