Low voltage bushings are designed comply with ABB's specification, for the use on distribution transformers with ANSI standards.
The bushings consist of a epoxy insulating body, conductor stud, internal connection spade and external connection spade, and a piece of clamp. On customer's request, we can also supply 1 piece of seal gasket.

Low voltage bushings passed strictly tested which are listed below:
1. Insulting dielectric tests:
Impulse voltage: for 1.2kV class the impulse voltage is 30kV, and for 2.5kV class, the impulse voltage is 45kV High voltage 50Hz & 60Hz withstand test: for 1.2kV class, test voltage is 10kV/1min., for 2.5kV class, the test voltage is 20 kV/ 1min.

Stud push‐out test
Stud torque strength test
Cantilevel test
Flange torque test
3. The environmental test

It includes thermal cycle test. The tested temperature range is ‐40~140ºC, withstand 20 cycles. We have the copies of test report for reference on customer's request
