What is ABS Sheet?

ABS plastic board has good chemical and stress-resistance as well as a combination of toughness with rigidity and creep resistance.
Main Types：Printed Sheet: suitable for outdoor advertisement printing or other printed products.

Transparent sheet: it has good transparency and excellent polishing effect. It is the preferred material to replace PC board.

Compared with acrylic, its toughness is very good, which can meet the requirements of fine processing.

Color Sheet: production of positive and negative colors and colors required on various color cards, with pearlescent.

Dermatoglyphic sheet: pattern piece, including coarse pattern, fine pattern, frosted and fogged sheet.It is widely used in machinery cover, advertisement printing and other industries.

Coated sheet: the coated sheet is composed of PE film and ABS sheet, and PE film is made of high temperature resistant film.

ABS plastic sheets can be peeled off and no glue is left after blister forming, which can effectively prevent the surface scratch of the product.

Various printing patterns can also be selected for surface PE film, which will not peel off after molding.
