a). Daylight White Mode : Features the same 6000K color temperature of natural sunlight , the rccommended distance is 10-20cm between your and the lamp , 10000 lux , duration 0.5 hour . The duration of the application depends on the distance ( see the User Guide ) .

b). Blue Light . Blue light is the most efficient kind of energizing light .
