Product Description
Our Carbon monoxide detector uses electrochemical technology to measure CO concentration, and the reaction is rapid and sensitive. The transmitter is widely used in air quality testing, smart home and other occasions where CO detection is required. Analog signal output, 4-20mA, 0-10V, 0-5V optional. The equipment is 10-30V wide-voltage power supply, and the enclosure has a high degree of protection, which can adapt to various harsh conditions on site.

Calculation Method
Analog Calculation method
1.Current output signal conversion calculation
For example, the range is 0~1000ppm, 4~20mA output, when the output signal is 12mA, the current CO concentration value is calculated. The CO range span is 1000ppm and is expressed by a 16mA current signal.
1000ppm/16mA=62.5ppm/mA, that is, the current 1mA represents a CO concentration change of 62.5ppm, and the measured value is 12mA-4mA=8mA, 8mA*62.5ppm/mA=500ppm. The current CO concentration is 500 ppm.
2. Voltage type output signal conversion calculation
For example, the range is 0~1000ppm, 0-10V output, when the output signal is 5V, the current CO concentration value is calculated. The span of this CO range is 1000ppm, expressed by a 10V voltage signal, 1000ppm/10V=100ppm/V, that is, the voltage 1V represents a change in CO concentration of 100ppm, the measured value is 5V-0V=5V, 5V*100ppm/V=500ppm, current CO The concentration is 500ppm.
3.CO measurement unit ppm and ug/m3 conversion relationship
At standard atmospheric pressure, the conversion is based on the following conversion formula, which is only applicable to the calculation of CO: 1ppm = 28/22.4=1.25mg/m3=1250ug/m3 1ppb =28/22.4=1.25ug/m3
