Product Description
The standard solder pots found on the Hanson products can be purchased in stand-alone configuration for manual or custom applications. The controls can be made to your specifications in either a 470mm*450mm rack mount or our discrete control box.
SMS20A solder pots is the core component of spray welding system, including lead-free tin pot, high temperature tin material pump,nitrogen protection device, stepping motor and driver. The lead-free tin furnace adopts titanium alloy crucible, 304 stainless steel shell, nano microporous thermal insulation material lining, and external heating device, It can cooperate with robots to complete the lead-free welding work which can not be completed manually. It is suitable for all kinds of lead-free welding applications.

The Lead-Free solder pots are constructed of Titanium to withstand attack from aggressive tin rich alloys.
The high-power heaters to bring the solder safely to setup temperature within half-hour.
Bottom to both sides have additional wattage heaters with a temperature capability above 450°C.
Digital temperature controller with feedback to control solder temperature within ± 2 °C.
Re-circulation of solder is accomplished via a controllable pump motor coupled to a precision impeller assembly that delivers the precise and consistent volume of solder to the nozzle.
The solder distribution system is designed to minimize dross build up while providing an extremely consistent and repeatable solder wave shape.
Nitrogen is available on solder pots to inert the molten solder surfaces and the wave. The nitrogen surrounds the solder nozzle and solder site as the solder wave contacts the terminals minimizing icicles, solder bridges and dross while providing for a lustrous finish of the solder.
Nitrogen is discharged through sintered metals microporous ring, micropore diameter less than 100 µm,It can cover the solder wave and solder joint position evenly,and effectively save nitrogen consumption.
Nitrogen path with 1kW heating function, Preheat the welding point to 400 ℃
The bearing assembly of the air-cooled solder pump can ensure that the bearing assembly works at high temperature for a long time,guarantee the service life of bearing components.
The solder pots has the alarm function of lower limit of solder level.
